New Castle County, DE

New Castle County  experienced an 5.3% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first four months of 2018 compared to 2017 and a 1.4% increase in the median sales price from $210,000 to $213,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 4 months of 2018 decreased 3.7% from 2017.

Kent County, DE

For the first 4 months of 2018, Kent County experienced an 6.2% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2017 and a 0.3% increase in the median sales price from $194,500 to $195,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first four months of 2018 increased 9.3% from 2017.

Sussex County, DE

For the first four months of 2018, Sussex County experienced a 1.7% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2017 and an 11.2% increase in the median sales price from $260,000 to $289,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 4 months of 2018 increased 2.8% from 2017.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County  experienced a 0.7% increase in the number of sold homes in the first 4 months of 2018 compared to 2017 and a 4.7% increase in the median price of sold homes, from $349,905 to $366,250. The number of homes that went under contract in the first four months of 2018 decreased 3.0% from 2017.

Cecil County, MD

For the first 4 months 2018, Cecil County experienced an 3.0% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2017 and a decrease in the median sales price of 5.3%; from $215,000 to $203,500. The number of homes that went under contract in the first four months of 2018 decreased 8.0% from 2017.
