New Castle County, DE

New Castle County  experienced a 4.7% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first 4 months of 2019 compared to 2018 and a 7.3% increase in the median sales price from $212,450 to $228,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first four months of 2019 decreased 8.4% from 2018.

Kent County, DE

For the first four months of 2019, Kent County experienced a 7.8% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2018 and a 10.7% increase in the median sales price from $193,740 to $214,450. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 4 months of  2019 decreased 9.4% from 2018.

Sussex County, DE

For the first four months of 2019, Sussex County experienced a 6.9% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2018 and a 3.1% decrease in the median sales price from $289,900 to $280,975. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 4 months of 2019 decreased 4.0% from 2018.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County  experienced an 11.5% decrease in the number of sold homes in the first 4 months of 2019 compared to 2018 and a 1.4% decrease in the median price of sold homes, from $365,000 to $360,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first four months of 2019 decreased 5.9% from 2018.

Cecil County, MD

For the first 4 months of 2019, Cecil County experienced a 2.7% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2018 and an increase in the median sales price of 10.0%; from $200,000 to $219,900. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st four months of 2019 increased 12.6% from 2018.
